Pinterest, oh Pinterest. How I love thee. Let me count the ways…
I have been finding so many wonderful sweet treats on pinterest!! I want to make them all, but of course that would completely kill all the dieting and weight loss progress I’ve made so far.
However, I wanted to share with you a few of my favorite finds this past week. All of which I think even the kitchen beginner could successfully make.
(though I have posted pics here for you to visually see, they are all linked back to their respective original posts. please show the hardworking bloggers some love by clicking on the pics and pinning directly from their posts)
Doesn’t this look fabulous?
If you love cookie dough, you are definitely going to love this.
And? It’s safe. Nikki, the genius behind PenniesOnAPlatter.com, made
the cookie dough without using eggs!
(so, go ahead, sample a little taste before you wrap up the dough)
I love the title of this next one! Pudgy Cake. Layered with brownie,
then (egg free) cookie dough, and then funfetti cake. Holy moly!!
I seriously thought I had died and went to heaven when I saw the pin.
Then I knew I had when I had visited the site and seen with my own eyes
that making this cake is definitely possible. And it’s going to happen.
My son saw me looking at this cake and said,
“ooooh Mommy! That’s the cake I want for my birthday.”
So there you have it. I’ll be making this one for sure.
Cookie dough + brownies = happiness during my
husbands deployment. I definitely see me eating these
on a Friday night while burying myself in an
overindulgence of chick flicks. If you’re a baker you
probably have most of the ingredients in this recipe
sitting in your pantry.
Now, go dig them out and make this!!

I did the ‘love in a pan’ ones from Pinterest. They are like the cookie brownie ones…BUT… with a Reece’s PB cup in between!!!
um…. YUM!!
